What is a Cat Hampurr Subscription?
Each month we send your cat a surprise selection of hand-picked feline products and presents for your kitty – anything from high quality hand-made toys, premium, healthy and all-natural food and treats to hygiene products and innovative new gadgets!
We care about the health and happiness of cats and therefore we only include the best quality, healthy and natural products available. We personally test all the products we include in our Hampurrs and pride ourselves on their quality.
We keep the contents of our Hampurrs a surprise because that’s part of the fun. Once Hampurrs have been sent, we will tell you more about what’s inside them on our blog. If your cat loves a particular product / brand please let us know and we will try to include it or something similar again.
Although each box is designed for one cat, the items can certainly be shared with others. You also have the option to purchase our ‘Double Helpings’ Hampurr subscription and we will deliver two boxes each month, you also get a nice discount!

Click on the subscribe link at the top of the page, choose the plan you would like to subscribe to, tell us a bit about your cat and then you will be directed to our secure payment service.

To cancel your subscription to Cat Hampurr simply login to your account page and use the “Cancel” button at the bottom of the page. You will be redirected to Paypal to complete the cancellation.
How do I re-subscribe to Cat Hampurr?
Re-subscribing to Cat Hampurr is simple and only takes a few minutes to complete:
When will I be billed?
You will be billed for your Hampurr immediately upon signup. Your subscription plan will automatically renew and you will be billed on the same date of the month as you made you first order in the case of a monthly subscription. For example, if you subscribed on 12th April, you would pay for your first box that day and then be billed on 12th of each consecutive month.
For a Bi-Monthly subscription you will be billed the full amount immediately and then every 2 months for the length of your subscription.
When will I receive my first Cat Hampurr?
Our cut-off date is the 7th of every month. Hampurrs are dispatched around the 15th of every month. If you have ordered before midnight on the 7th of that month, you will receive that current month’s Hampurr.
For example, if you order on the 6th May, your first Hampurr will be dispatched around the 15th May. If you order on the 11th May, your first box will be dispatched around the 15th June. Hampurrs should arrive 3-5 days from dispatch
How do I change my address?
You can change your address by logging into your account and updating your details. You can also email us through the contact form and we’ll update it for you.

Just like our subscription boxes, our gift Hampurrs contain a surprise selection of hand-picked feline products for your kitty.
Whether it be for a special occasion or simply because they are worth it, our gift Hampurrs are the purr-fect way to treat your (or a friends) kitty. Get your claws into a surprise gift Hampurr without the need to subscribe to a longer term plan.

We aim to post your gift Hampurr within 2 working days of your placing your order.
Can I send Cat Hampurr as a gift?
Yes you can. You just need to ensure you change the delivery address in PayPal when placing your order.
I am a subscriber but want to order a gift / send somebody a gift, how do I do this?
The subscription and gift Hampurrs are separate so you can order as many gift Hampurrs as you want even though you are a monthly subscriber. Ordering a gift Hampurr in addition to your subscription will not affect your subscription.
What payment options are available?
We only accept payment online via PayPal for both our subscription and gift Hampurrs.

Delivery in the UK is Free, delivery to Europe is £5.00
